We aviod large promotion companies to bring you chalets at Swiss prices built by local and reputable Swiss builders. Choose from a selection of chalet sizes, the smallest is a 3 bedroom, with garage and technical room/cellar from 690,000CHF. The land will be sold searatly and prices for example in Tzoumaz for a good location with open views range from 200CHF/m2. The minimum land size in Tzoumaz is 600m2 for a chalet.
