We have land in most of the ski reorts in Valais and Vaud, also the heart of the 4 valleys ski region in the village of Tzoumaz, which is the best direct link to Verbier, taking only 8 minutes from Tzoumaz on to the verbier slopes.
We aviod large promotion companies to bring you chalets at Swiss prices built by local and reputable Swiss builders. Choose from a selection of chalet sizes, the smallest is a 3 bedroom, with garage and technical room/cellar from 690,000CHF. The land will be sold searatly and prices for example in Tzoumaz for a good location with open views range from 200CHF/m2. The minimum land size in Tzoumaz is 600m2 for a chalet.
